By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a contact or newsletter form, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Orders and Order Acceptance

MyeKashmir does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its own systems when payment is completed through a third-party provider. Payment data is handled by the provider according to their security practices.
